In this book, I share my personal journey of transforming from unhappiness to happiness and fulfillment. Through my life experiences, I discovered that I am on the autism spectrum and have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Syndrome (ADHS), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and dyspraxia. While I cannot promise any guarantees, I am confident that my story will offer valuable insights.
Reading has always been challenging for me due to my ADHD, which causes me to lose interest within minutes. To make this book more accessible, I’ve organized it into short chapters that can be read in any order.
Although we cannot magically step off the autism spectrum, we can certainly learn to manage the stress that accompanies it. Throughout the following chapters, I’ll share instances from my past to help you understand my experiences and discuss strategies for handling stress and anxiety in individuals with autism.
